The Zen Garden House is built for a Japanese client who inspired Weiner’s business roots in Tokyo. This 1,600 square-foot house features a Zen rock garden and mediation room. This modern minimalist house sited among the natural beauty of the tiny town of Crestone, Colorado within the San Luis Valley range. While his Weekend House in Stephentown, NY, is an amazing work of retreat house. The house has one-story paned glass façade that opens into a monochrome interior. Those are two of David Jay Weiner’s recent projects that have caught the eye of industry publications, and his residential projects appeal to a sense of rustic calm in remote locations.
