Hybrid House Design with Prefabrication Construction by Sander Architects

This is two-story home in Santa Rosa, California. This modern house is designed by Sander Architects. The house has a name Hybrid House. It is unique in its built process. The architects began experimenting with prefabricated construction early on, and developed techniques that advanced the design features far more than anyone else thought possible.

The house is built for a sculptor. The house is set up around rolled steel skeleton beams. They were arranged out of the site then brought to the house to be welded and bolted in site. The house is more environmental friendly because of the fabrication style. The cost of building also less than traditional methods .
