
Robles Arquitectos has built a wonderful villa in Costa Rica, located in small hill above the ocean, 20 km away from any town. The house must defendable the humid environment, so that it is such a challenging opportunity for the architects to create the self-sustainable structure for this house. The house is also can be used as a multifunctional space for the ISEAMI Institute (Institute of Sustainability, Ecology, Art, Mind and the second level of the house is used as a home by the Institute`s director.

The terrace situated at the first floor of the house. It can be used to do some interesting activities such as investigation, meditation, training and yoga. This incredible house just needs very low maintenance that was divided into two stages: in the first stage, the architects have to pay attention to the site, climate, energy supply, materials that were used, the environment, the costs and innovations, so that the house will not damage nature surrounding it.

The second stage built to prevent the house from cause of damage results from the environment. A natural source of potable water is used to draw water from and solar power offers the electricity this home needs. The prefabricated parts of white steel were constructed off-site and then assembled on the spot. This house is fully equipped and suitable for those who want experience the relax situation.
